This guy is a nightmare. I listed two very expensive properties with Reza early in 2010. I live in one and I have a tenant in the other. Every time he showed my property and my tenant occupied property he forgot something. (Forgot to lock a door, left lights on, etc). He also was very sloppy about paperwork. He kept forgetting things. I never received a copy of our contract. When I asked him for it, it took several days until I received it. When another agent finally sold the property, Reza’s paperwork was incomplete. He also sent me an incomplete copy of the agreement of sale. During that process, he called me and said that the title company uncovered an unpaid tax lien. I asked him three times to get me info on it because I was not aware of any unpaid tax. Each time he forgot. Finally I pressed him on it when we were nearing close of escrow and he emailed it to me. It turns out it had my name on it but was not mine. It was a rather complex issue that involved another trustee and would take some time to clarify. Very frustrating. I should have had this much sooner. When I complained to him about his many shortcomings he exploded at me like a mad man. He yelled and screamed at me and accused me of being a nasty and unfair person. (All I wanted him to do is do what he said he would do, which he almost never did.) It turns out I was not the only person fed up with him. My tenant finally told me that she did not want him to show her property any more and how he was harassing her to buy the property. Right before she went on vacation, he told her if she didn’t buy the property, she was going to have to move because he will be selling the property soon. When obtaining my listing he promised that if I was ever unhappy with him, that he would cancel our contract. So after his tirade, I reminded him of his promise and told him to cancel his listing on the remaining property. He said no. I asked why he was breaking his promise. He actually replied “for spite.” ERA Ranch & Sea realty also refused to cancel the listing on the remaining property. Steer clear of these people. We went through five realtors and trying to sell our house for ourselves. Angelique was the best and most professional of all of them and out of them all she is the ONLY ONE I would reccomend. Our house was listed for short sale and she was able to bring multiple offers to the table! We ended up having to walk away from the sale due to personal circumstances. I will definately use Angelique Kenney as my Real Estate Agent again in the future!

Recently I closed a transaction and Donna represented me a buyer's agent. I personally found her virtuless, opinionless person. Moreover, she tried folling and cheating me. Because of her I was about to loose my home while in escrow but fortunately the seller's agent held up the deal and we could close the transaction. In short Donna is not a faithful agent and may trick you. Stay away from her...

Contacted Neal via his website to request information (comps, rental estimates). He sent a very cold, blunt response basically saying "not interested". No attempt to gather information, ask questions, provide solutions or help - essentially, it was all about "what was in it for me". That would have been 'ok' and his business choice, but he can do it in a positive and professional manner. Frankly, if he has this attitude with a potential customer, I'd hate to see how he is with actual customers. I think this realtor only cares about how much he can list and how much his commission is. I'd find an agent how listens and cares. His communication is poor and I gave him a 5 for effectiveness, cause he 'effectively' killed me as ever becoming a client or referring anyone. Btw, I'm an investor and buy 4-6 properties a year - so I see a lot of realtors around the country.

We at Prospect Mortgage have been working with Jeff Wagner and his effecient and well managed staff for the past two months. The real estate market has been in shambles...and this guy and his entire organization are professionally piecing it back together. No rookies in this operation.

I agree. My wife and I have been on the real estate market for some time now. And when we hired Katie Taylor we noticed that things were always confusing and a mess. Luckily we got ahold of another agency firm and got rid of this agent. But i would not be interested in hiring her ever again.

Well, I hired this agent on 06/26/2009 to sell a house for me. She ended up making me sign for things and did not correctly inform me as to what was happening. I wanted my agent to be honest with me, but she was a nightmare. I would not reccommend her to anyone because i do not want others to have to go through what i went through. Now my lawyers are working on getting things straightened out, it is a nightmare
