This guy is a nightmare. I listed two very expensive properties with Reza early in 2010. I live in one and I have a tenant in the other. Every time he showed my property and my tenant occupied property he forgot something. (Forgot to lock a door, left lights on, etc). He also was very sloppy about paperwork. He kept forgetting things. I never received a copy of our contract. When I asked him for it, it took several days until I received it. When another agent finally sold the property, Reza’s paperwork was incomplete. He also sent me an incomplete copy of the agreement of sale. During that process, he called me and said that the title company uncovered an unpaid tax lien. I asked him three times to get me info on it because I was not aware of any unpaid tax. Each time he forgot. Finally I pressed him on it when we were nearing close of escrow and he emailed it to me. It turns out it had my name on it but was not mine. It was a rather complex issue that involved another trustee and would take some time to clarify. Very frustrating. I should have had this much sooner. When I complained to him about his many shortcomings he exploded at me like a mad man. He yelled and screamed at me and accused me of being a nasty and unfair person. (All I wanted him to do is do what he said he would do, which he almost never did.) It turns out I was not the only person fed up with him. My tenant finally told me that she did not want him to show her property any more and how he was harassing her to buy the property. Right before she went on vacation, he told her if she didn’t buy the property, she was going to have to move because he will be selling the property soon. When obtaining my listing he promised that if I was ever unhappy with him, that he would cancel our contract. So after his tirade, I reminded him of his promise and told him to cancel his listing on the remaining property. He said no. I asked why he was breaking his promise. He actually replied “for spite.” ERA Ranch & Sea realty also refused to cancel the listing on the remaining property. Steer clear of these people.
