Angelique Is The Best Realtor We've Ever Had!

We went through five realtors and trying to sell our house for ourselves. Angelique was the best and most professional of all of them and out of them all she is the ONLY ONE I would reccomend. Our house was listed for short sale and she was able to bring multiple offers to the table! We ended up having to walk away from the sale due to personal circumstances. I will definately use Angelique Kenney as my Real Estate Agent again in the future!

Mrs. Kenny, is a very motivated individual, always with a smile who enjoys working very hard and meeting different people along with being very helpful as much as possible. I really enjoy her website she has every logo on there as well as how to contact her. She will get the job done even if it takes time, and she will keep you posted on either changes for buyer or seller, She will keep in contact with you. I do appreciate her business I look forward to keep working with her and I do recommend Angelique if asked by someone in the area of Idaho to please contact her because she is a very determine lady to complete her project in all ways and help customers. What is the average home price in your market?: Around $450,000 to 2,500,000
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?: I just LOVE IT!! I grew up in Real estate in the foot steps of my investor/entrepreneur grand mother in France. You get to know people more than could ever know them throught transactions, I really enjoy the eyes of 1st time home buyers when they get their 1st key!! My husband and I are also doing remodelings.The only thing I can't do is installing carpet :)
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?: A lot of people don't understand the value we can bring to the table while selling properties. Too many people had a bad experience and they are more selective with their agent.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.: Well, in Real estate this is everyday business! It is a very colorful business! Helping people selling their home so they don't go under are my victories. I can't stand knowing that people are loosing their home! Success is also being a young entrepreneur and be on the office top agent's chart every month! ;)
What is your best characteristic?: That's a tough one! Accurate, very active, aggressive, tenacious, strong negotiator, GET THE JOB DONE no matter what, it doesn't matter what market condition I am in!! Love people and my passion for my RE business!
Who or what inspires you the most?: My grand mother! She practicaly raised me with my grand pa and she is such a strong women entrepreneur! I love her so much! She is a great role model as a women, a wife, an entrepreneur and a cook! She is multi talented; Tough with a huge heart!! My grand father too was a huge influence as business man and a great person to be with. My grand parents are the most inspiring people I ever met, they started from nothing at a very young age and build themselves a great succesful business!
What is the best advice you ever received?: Keep on looking ahead and never look back. What is past is done and cannot be changed, so deal with it and work towards today and tomorrow.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?: Well, that would be my hometown in Biarritz,France. It is a beautifull city on the south west coast of france in the Basque country.
