UNETHICAL SELF SERVING POS
My condo was foreclosed on and he was the banks agent. He made a deal directly with the tenant for his move out ie cash for keys which I had no problem with. The problem was after notice from me he allowed the tenant to steal my personal belongings that I had informed both him and the bank that were in the condo that were mine and that I needed to get out. Personal property worth thousands of dollars that this creep encouraged the tenant to take or else he wouldn't get his cash for keys. I got nothing but the run around from him and his broker. Now the tenant is holding my property hostage for more money. I would never do business with this guy.

Ouch, this guy stinks
He may sell a lot of foreclosures but he doesn't know what he is doing. He missed some important disclosures on my short sale and now I am being sued by my lender to the tune of $80,000. He collected his commission check and now I can't ever get him to return a call. Seller beware!
