12 years in the Real Estate business. I have been an investor, Realtor and landlord.
What is the average home price in your market?
Average Condo sales are $350,000 to about $650,000 and Single family homes from $500,000 to $1,250,0
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
At the end of the day, I am selling Earth. My clients are buying and selling dirt. No better product than that. Bonus is I help people realize a dream and help them build wealth.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Taking a day off.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
Represented a retired couple who found their retirement dream home down at the beach but needed more time to get all the money together. I structured a lease option and put them in the home in 30 days and we closed 14 months later on the purchase.
What is your best characteristic?
Integrity. I wont sell anything I would not put my own money in. If I think its overpriced and too much street noise but you love it, I tell you "you can do better"
Who or what inspires you the most?
The memory of my Father makes me work harder and building wealth and making deals gets me going too.
What is the best advice you ever received?
Don't threaten, just do.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Carlsbad and Encinitas. I spend a lot of time in Santa Barbara and San Luis Obsipo as well.
