Poor Service, Rude & Disinterested

Contacted Neal via his website to request information (comps, rental estimates). He sent a very cold, blunt response basically saying "not interested". No attempt to gather information, ask questions, provide solutions or help - essentially, it was all about "what was in it for me". That would have been 'ok' and his business choice, but he can do it in a positive and professional manner. Frankly, if he has this attitude with a potential customer, I'd hate to see how he is with actual customers. I think this realtor only cares about how much he can list and how much his commission is. I'd find an agent how listens and cares. His communication is poor and I gave him a 5 for effectiveness, cause he 'effectively' killed me as ever becoming a client or referring anyone. Btw, I'm an investor and buy 4-6 properties a year - so I see a lot of realtors around the country.
