Karen Rombeau is incompetent and dishonest!!! She will withhold information pertinent to the home buying decision process and does not act in full disclosure as honorable Real Estate agents should. Her attention to detail is poor. She failed to provide answers to numerous questions on the Agent's Disclosure form (intentionally) and intentionally failed to provide a full set of reports on a particular property in Belmont, not because the reports were not done, but because she simply failed to do so. Once we finally go the reports after repeated requests, we found the dates on them to be done in February (we entered the contract in March). One of the reports disclosed that the house was in a landslide area (how convenient she failed to disclose that little bit of information). We had to back out of the deal because we felt she was probably hiding other material facts. Had she been honest w/ us in the first place, we would have felt more comfortable, her dishonesty killed the deal!

We purchased our first home with Armando towards the end of 2009. Going into the process we were lead in many different directions, but felt Armando only had our best interest at heart. He walked us through every step and took the time to make sure we understood what we were doing and advised us on what we should do moving ahead. We purchased a home in any area we were not considering originally, but were introduced to by Armando. He knew what was important to us and guided us to a much more comfortable price range that had everything we considered important. Thank you for your dedication and hard work.
