Competent, Professional
Tyler Wood and The Tim Wood Group have superior knowledge and experience in the Big Bear real estate market. The market throughout California has not been good for sellers. Prices have dropped. In situations like this there is no substitute for know-how. The property I listed was part of an estate and had not been occupied for years. Although not run down, it showed signs of disuse and did not show well. The property was priced realistically with information provided by Tyler Wood. He suggested basic repairs and cosmetic upgrades which significantly improved the chances that the property would be shown. I had little familiarity with the Big Bear market. The property was advertised effectively and actively presented in brochures and publications. The property sold for full asking price with multiple offers in a short period of time. Throughout the listing period, I received regular updates on showings and feedback from prospective buyers and their agents I had confidence that Tyler and his company were acting as my advocate throughout the completion of the transaction.
