Past Tenant buy a previous house with Steven M Foonberg and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
Stay away from him. He is a thief. He will take your security deposit and, under false pretenses, like "you might sue me so I am going to withhold your entire deposit of nearly $6,000" he will not return your deposit. He will have his workers file false mechanics liens against the house for work not performed so that he can claim he has to hold the deposit for three months. STAY AWAY from him. He is a fraud.
