"JJ sold our house and represented us buying a new house. The transactions could not have gone smoother and he is a pleasure to work with. His wife, Wendy, staged our house to sell it and she is worth every penny. JJ and Wendy both went way above and beyond the call of duty, and I've found that they do that with everyone, not just us. If you dont use him, you're missing out!"

What is the average home price in your market?
The average home price in Beverly Hills is $2.5 Million.
Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
While the national market has seen declines, Beverly Hills & the Beverlywood communities have actually had price appreciation. Volume is definitely lower than the previous few years but there is a lot of demand. I had 10 offers on a Beverly Hills listing which closed in December '07.
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
Every transaction I help faciliate is new & exciting. Every person I have helped buy or sell a house I can proudly call a friend. It is very fulfilling to be trusted with someone's biggest asset, and be appreciated for doing a great job for them.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
The current challenge I am facing as a Real Estate Professional is my battle with the media. All we hear about is the negative in the marketplace, but my market has been very strong, and continues to show active buyers willing to buy.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
My best success story is a house that was "withdrawn" from the market after having no offers. I contacted the Seller and showed them my game plan to market their property. We listed their property 30 days later at the same price as before, and I brought them 6 offers and we ended up selling for $125,000 over the asking price!
What is your best characteristic?
I am a real person, and I care. Of course, I pride myself on my negotiations - but I keep it real.
Who or what inspires you the most?
What inspires me most about my job is that I have to get out there and talk to people. I think my inherent nature is to be shy, so I make the extra effort on a daily basis to talk to as many people as possible.
What is the best advice you ever received?
The best advice I have received is to treat today like it is the only day. Yesterday and tomorrow are only in our minds. Today is the only day I'm actually living.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I love where I live. Beverly Hills, California - USA!!!
