SF buy a previous house with Michael Hakim and would recommend them to other home buyers.
We did business with him and he never paid us for work completed!!! In fact, he SUED us and LOST, of course. We have been trying to collect, but to no avail. I strongly suggest that you be careful working with him. He is completely dishonest and will screw you if things don't go his way. Good luck.
