Working with Charles was by far the worst experience with a real estate agent we have ever had. Seriously made us reconsider ever renting an apartment again. Unprofessional, disregard for California laws and clients time, and flat out inconsiderate.

Having not been able to get in contact with Charles over the course of our entire 1 year lease it came time to move-out of the unit. I requested a walk-through with his assistant Tara, she never scheduled it with Charles. His business manager Bobby is seemingly incompetent-Me: "Bobby, we can't show the unit today." Bobby: "Okay so you we can show it today at 11?" Me: "No, not today" Bobby: "Ok so 4 today?" Charles is in charge of Beverly HIlls Remax. Thats a nice sounding name for a company that sells no real estate in Beverly Hills. Charles failed time after time to uphold contractual agreements. Bottom line-If you are looking to drop an extra $3000 on a security deposit you won't get back then by all means THIS IS THE PERFECT agent for you!

My experiences with Charles H. Le have been terrible. He will not show for appointments, lie about multiple offers to pressure buyers, and employs poor professionalism. We showed up for three (3) confirmed appointments, waited for more than 15 min., and WE had to call the listing agent to figure out where they are. Each time, they cancelled and when they postponed the appointment and confirmed it, they still did not show. Realtor Charles H. Le told me to act quickly because he had multiple offers on the property in March 2009. It is now September 2009 and the listing is still active. When asked for information regarding the multiple offers, he immediately responds “just make me another offer that is as high as asking price or over”. Charles H Le uses apologetic language in his message machine, saying he is sorry he will return your call, eventually… If you see a listing and want to see it less than 7 days, it is impossible with Charles H. Le but possible with every other agent in LA.
