ANB buy a previous house with Joyce Essex and would recommend them to other home buyers.
I have worked with Joyce and her staff many a time and have no negative things to say about them. They are precise and helpful with any request that is given to them.
Mr. Cabral buy a previous house with Joyce Essex and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
She is no good, her team is a bunch of kids who think they know it all, that cesar and ingrid are the ruddest escrow transaction assistants EVER, i must say her offer coordinator girl is very polite and good besides that her office is a total mess, during the whole transaction my agent was NEVER able to get a hold of her. She was always busy doing something else, she never has time for her clients, must be the overwhelming amount of REO properties she has. I would not recommend her to anyone!! even if i hated them. The only good that came out of it.. was the price i got my new home for.
Bruce buy a previous house with Joyce Essex and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
If she represents a house you're interested in, I'd be careful. She recently represented a house on Burma St. in Encino, and when we arrived to see the house, we found that the Lockbox was empty. It was brought up and never rectified. She also told my agent, as well as others, that the seller would counter all offers, and then will accept one, which sounds odd because it would actually drive down buyers' offers....It appears that she didn't want too many buyers looking at the property (no key in lock box), limiting the number of offers, and ensuring minimal offers by indicating a hard counter by the seller. Doesn't sound like she represented her client's best interest...very, very questionable... I wonder if Coldwell is aware of this person representing their name and if so, do they care?
