I rented from Catalina Chesley and had to sue her to retrieve my security deposit in full. She withheld an additional week's rent, did not provide me with an inventory within the 21 day period, then refunded my deposit with a bad check. She has numerous summary judgments against her for bad faith withholding of deposits, and refunding former tenants with bad checks. A simple background check will reveal the numerous summary judgements against her - including mine.

Robert Mah enabled me to buy a house for many thousands less than I was going to offer by carefully and astutely interviewing the listing agent. He sold a property for me that had beaucoup work needed but managed to get a respectable price "as-is" for the property, which was in a questionable area. Both these transactions closed promptly, with no delays. I wish I could find a real estate agent where I now live that was even half as knowledgeable, honest, and willing to go the extra mile as Robert was.

Chris sold my rental house, and helped me get a new one. Christian got me top dollar for the old house, and helped with all the little things that agents normally don't do, like help with dump runs, staging, working with neighbors, parking during open houses (small street) etc that makes a good agent a great agent.
