Dawn and Robert are the best! They are very thorough and make sure a home on the market meets all the standards it should. Tireless

My fiancée and I purchased our first home with Robert in Dawns’ help. Today, in our new home – we can’t fathom what we would have done without them. Throughout the home buying process both Robert and Dawn treated us as if we were buying $1 million home (even though we were not). The Morris’s tireless energy never ceased to amaze. They were ALWAYS available. Although we felt bad about it at times, we talked with Robert and Dawn on a regular basis and at odd hours completely dependent on our schedule. Robert and Dawn were always available to give us advice – drawing on their extensive experience. During the ups and downs of the buying process, we never felt pressured and always felt supported. Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.: There are so many incredible stories that we both can recall, we can't pin point just one - it's probably that moment when we are able to tell a buyer they got the house or tell the seller they just received an offer on their home. It's so awesome to see the joy on someone's face or hear it in there voice on the phone. Or, it could be on closing day and handing them the keys to their new home.
What is your best characteristic?: We both have good personalities and are dedicated to serving our customers, but most of all, we would have to say patient� patience is vital for our business. We understand this is a process and that everyone's situation is different.
