I worked with Ms. Duran at Realty Executives in Arcadia and was cheated out of $3,000 of MY commission. She, along with Paola Dionisio, claimed all along that I would receive the remainder of my commission check and I ultimately had so SUE the office. Even though I won the case, I have yet to recover a dime! Ms. Duran is one of the worst kinds of people out there. She's a lying conniving cheat and she should not be trusted WHATSOEVER!!! Do yourself a favor and avoid this disgraceful person.

PATTY DURAN SHOULD HAVE HER LICENSED REVOCKED!!! SHE SAID THAT FOR 3k SHE COULD HELP ME AVOID FORECLOSURE- WELL TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT, AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS SHE WOULD NOT RETURN MY CALLS AND I LOST MY HOME!!!! I REPORTED HER TO LOCAL POLICE AND THE DEPARTMENT OF REAL ESTAT

My company dealt with Patricia Duran in her closing of a short sale on 03/31/2008. Ms. Duran wrote a letter herself stating that if we would agree to a certain portion of the short sale she would pay $3,370.00 out of her commissions. To date she has REFUSED to pay and come up with every excuse possible. I would recommend anyone wanting to do business with her to consider the fact that it appears Ms. Duran is only looking for what's in it for her and can and will say whatever she needs to to close a deal regardless if she has the moral terptitude to follow through. There are far more honest and better realtors out there, find one that won't look to be dishonest or honor their word.
