- My true "high" is when a client walks in a home and their face lights up: I know this is their home. I'm grateful to be a part of this joy for my clients.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- At the moment my biggest challenge is teaching clients the diligence needed to find their home and then ACT when they find it. Things sell quickly and submitting the winning offer becomes the issue. Timeliness is critical.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- One of my past clients needed to purchase a home within a short period of time to maximize taxation issues. She was working a full time job, part time on the weekends, and earning her master's degree during the process. I had a great deal of fun choosing paint and flooring samples to bring to her because she didn't have time to look. Her charming home almost feels like home to me, too! She was a real gem to work with and I welcome the opportunity to be of service to others just as busy.

- Teaching my first-time buyer clients how to purchase their home.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- Inspiration comes from too many sources to enumerate. Ask me over a cup of coffee sometime.

- Set the bar for yourself high and move it higher when you're about to reach it.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- Right where I am...I love living and working in Southern California.
