- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- I enjoy being a Realtor for the flexability it has allowed me for my family. In all aspects, time, structure, etc. A side benefit to that is all the wonderful people I meet and form relationships with. Not to mention seeing some fine architecture and quality built homes and estates. I appreciate it and am grateful to live in the Monterey Bay area.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- The most challenging issue I face as a Realtor Professional is the lack of streamlined processes of the banks in regards to short sales.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- My latest and greatest closed escrow with a first time home buyer. It was thrilling to see their excitement when they received the keys of their first home. I'm happy I was part of that great moment of their life.
- What is your best characteristic?
- My opinion of my best characteristic in business is my resourcefullness and tenacity.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- There are some truly wonderful people in my life that inspire me for many reasons. What inspires me from them for one reason or another is their wisdom, clarity, genuine, simple approach to life- their humbleness.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- Silence is golden. Take the high road. and Forgive especially when not asked for forgiveness. Let Go, and Let God take care of the rest.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- Right where I am now.
