The man Virgil Murphy does his property management business out of the local jack in the box, and doesnt even pay for your lunch. A TRUE SCUMBag is what many's opinion seems to be in the small community of this person and his represented business. They will move you into a property for sale while unlawfully not notifying you of the for sale property. He will bring his scummy, unprofessional inspectors and have them barge into your home at any hour ( Without notice ). If you want a terrible renting experience, Go with Virgil F. Murphy, Property Manager for Wiest Realty. He has the worst possible intentions in mind for you so you can feel safe living next door to the crack cocaine dealers that he moves in. It goes well with the sewer problems his properties experience on a daily basis. He refuses to spend the money to properly fix the problem. Instead he goes on vacation and shuts his phone off.
