This agent is suck. I a buyer. I have a right to bargain the price. Real Estate is the bargain business. She cann't insult us when I offer the price if she thought it is too low to her.

In 2004 when the market had started to get a little crazy, we invited Mike over to take a look at our house for a possible listing. We had never met Mike, but saw his "for sale" signs in the local neighborhoods. Mike was the second real estate agent we had spoken with. He came in with a more than fair proposal, and listed our house for $40 K higher than the other real estate agent wanted to. The day of our first open house, we sold at full price. Mike ****isted us in finding our new home and it was a very smooth transition. I am no longer in Anaheim, but a neighboring city. I would not work with another realtor, after having dealt with Mike.
