- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- I love it! Best thing I ever did for myself and family. I used to travel the world producing large B2B trade shows which took me away from my family. Real Estate keeps me local and give me the ability to raise my children.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- The banks!
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- I recently succeeded in negotiating a short sale to where the seller was forgiven and wouldn't be 1099 for the outstanding amount. That was a true accomplishment and rewarding when I told my seller the great news!
- What is your best characteristic?
- I used to perform in Opera's on stage professionally. I am "on stage" when working my job and tend to have that same energy as when you would see me on stage! My clients love my energy
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- My clients inspire me! I love each and every single one of them. They all have become very close friends and I wouldn't trade that for anything in the world.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- Always always always disclose everything. It always will give you a good night sleep and we all want a good night sleep! Ethics is so important to me and our family brokerage.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- Right here in Sunny Southern California. We truly live in paradise!
