- I have been in Real Estate for 4 years, but I have been helping my mom, who's a Realtor, for 10 year

- The average home price in my market is around $450,000.
- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- I really enjoy helping someone find a place they can call home. I can also handle the loan and usually do either the loan for free or the RE transaction.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- HVCC has been the biggest issue so far.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- I had a family who thought that couldn't afford a home, because they had always rented. I was able to find them an affordable home, and gave the Real Estate transaction to a friend because I handled the FHA loan for them. The payments were only $50 more a month than they were paying in rent.
- What is your best characteristic?
- I am very honest and care about people. It really does matter to me that my clients are happy.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- My son inspires me the most. He never takes "no" for an answer. Also, I want to give him the world, so I'm inspired to work hard and be a good influence on him.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- Never take live too seriously and always laugh at yorself.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- Exactly where I live now. I am 4 miles from one of the most beautiful coastlines in the world.
