recommend using Tony for your home purchase.
Comments: "Our townhouse complex employed Candet Property Management for one year and were sorely mismanaged. Staff is either inadequate or lack the knowledge to deal with problems that commonly face many homeowners. Making contact is difficult, whether through phone or e-mail. Direct line to Tony Chen or the agent that is ****igned to you is usually "unavailable" for one reason or another. Our main concerns centered around their seeming inability to deal with problems stemming from the townhouse complex builder and other related vendors. Candet always insisted that the slow response to such problems were on the builder's end while never putting forward any alternative actions we could take against the builder. Thus, things like cracks that caused flooding took months to "fix" (I use that term loosely for many areas are still in terrible shape), and the automated driveway gate leading to our parking areas and garages remained opened for weeks, leaving our property virtually open to anyone."
