So we hired this property management company to help us look for a condo to rent in the San Gabriel Valley area. Turns out, they had one condo listing located in Pasadena. Our agent, Milton, gave us his assurance that this place would be ours if we submitted our application and provide a security deposit to 'SECURE' the place for us. He faxed us the application sometime in the late business afternoon. We told him that we would fill it out that night and return the app. with the security deposit the next business morning. Mind you, this agent gave us his word that he would hold this unit for us only just so as long we turn in our app. and security deposit. Less than 24 hours later, the freakin' place was rented to another party! So not only did we wasted our time filling out the application, we had cancelled all of our upcoming appointments to check out other condos because we were assured that this condo was pretty much ours to rent. And here's the BEST PART: WE WEREN'T EVEN NOTIFIED by the listing agent that the place was discreetly scooped up by another party! This agent of ours, Milton, didn't even bother to call us to let us know! We had to find out that the place was taken when we were on the way to his office with the app. and deposit check on hand. I don't know what kind of business Candet Properties is running or maybe it's just the listing agent himself that's incompetent but that's just shady business right there. It's unprofessional and you shouldn't give your client(s) the impression that the place would be secured for you if you have another applicant in contention! That's just bad business.

Great guy who is aggressive, professional yet not pushy like most brokers. He really put our interest first before his own. I had recommend his services to several family members and associates.

Our townhouse complex employed Candet Property Management for one year and were sorely mismanaged. Staff is either inadequate or lack the knowledge to deal with problems that commonly face many homeowners. Making contact is difficult, whether through phone or e-mail. Direct line to Tony Chen or the agent that is ****igned to you is usually "unavailable" for one reason or another. Our main concerns centered around their seeming inability to deal with problems stemming from the townhouse complex builder and other related vendors. Candet always insisted that the slow response to such problems were on the builder's end while never putting forward any alternative actions we could take against the builder. Thus, things like cracks that caused flooding took months to "fix" (I use that term loosely for many areas are still in terrible shape), and the automated driveway gate leading to our parking areas and garages remained opened for weeks, leaving our property virtually open to anyone.

Arthur did a great jobs for my family and I last months. We were lost and we did not know what exactly what we can afford and we did not even know what we like. Arthur took charge all the way while paying very close attention and care about our feeling. Finally, we got a very nich home in Arcadia, CA. Arthur did care about us and the loan that he got for us was a very good loan and we are so happy about him.
