I was home when the incident in the prior post took place. That tenant called the office several times and used extremely abusive language - so loud I could hear it with my windows closed! He also physically attacked the roofing contractor! It was the roofing contractor who disposed of the sattelite dish, not exceed reality. The contractor was supposed to tell Exceed Reality when they would be installing a new roof, but did not do so. The prior post is not entirely true and should not be considered. I have always had great experiences with exceed reality, especially gloria. Everytime I needed something fixed, it was fixed in a a day or so.

This guy is a liar and a thief, stay away

We were new home buyers and a little unsure about market conditions, neighborhoods, rental potential, procedures and steps for the closing process, etc... Kathy made it super simple and guided us through the whole way. Not to mention the home we ended up buying, she had picked out for us. She understood what we were looking for and found it for us. I am currently renting an apartment from this realty company-Exceed Realty. I have constantly had problems with them. Several of them were just issues with things that needed to be fixed around the apartment that were never addressed. This is common with this realty group though. The most upsetting experience with Gloria in particular happened just recently...they had hired some people to repair our roof, which was fine. We awoke to our satelite dish not getting any reception. Went outside and saw that the roofers had literally tore the satelite dish from the roof and threw it on the ground with no notice what-so-ever, causing me to pay $65 to have Dish Network come out to re-install it, which is UNACCEPTABLE and UUNPROFESSIONAL. So, natuarally-i called Exceed and spoke with Gloria who tried to blame it on me as a reliable and good renter! She was very defensive, making excuse after excuse-not professional at all; proceeded to hang up on me as well. So- please DO NOT give this person any of your business if you are smart...

I have bought and sold numerous proties here in Arizona. I have to say this guy william calvin was the most honest and hard working agent I have ever had the pleasure to work with.

Kathy Vallee helped us find a beautiful home in Oro Valley. We were not the easiest clients to handle, but she and Don Vallee were consistently professional, kind, and patient. She gave great advice, knew the area and the market well, was obviously respected by other agents, and was tough when necessary. She helped us through a very thorny short sale negotiation, allowing us to buy a home we otherwise could not have afforded. She has our highest recommendation.

This has to be the most dishonest company I have ever delt with. Josh the broker is a very dishonorable person. He will lie to your face. We spent two months trying to buy a home from him, and when asking why it was taking so long he blamed the bank who owned it, claiming they don't return his e-mails. I asked him to call them but he claimed he didn't have their phone number and they only communicate through e-mails. I had to research who owned the property because he wouldn't tell me and called the bank myself. I spoke to the VP who was not too happy and discovered they were unaware of any offers on the property, soon after things began to move forward. They still got paid although I did all the work. They are totally worthless and I would never deal with Liberty management if I were you!
