I rented a home from Brad Daumke and I should have known from the beginning that this guy was shady. When I first moved in he charged a $100 cleaning fee, our house was so dirty that we made him bring his cleaning crew back in to clean the house before we would move in. Now that it’s time to move out he won’t answer calls or email. I still haven’t done a walkthrough of my house and have been moved out for over a week. Stay away!!

Nicole and associated have managed several of my rental properties for several years, and I couldn't be more pleased. The properties are well kept, the tenants are happy, unless they aren't paying or are causing problems. I always get my rents on time. The rare eviction is done very quickly!

I have been selling commercial real estate for 25 years so I thought I could represent myself. Throughout my attempt to sell my own house, Jeff Pollet helped me. Finally, after 9 unsuccessful months, I listed my property with Jeff Pollet and within several weeks we had offers and a monht later it sold. This was at probably the most difficult market time Phoenix had seen and Jeff did everything possible to make sure the property closed, which it did. However, at the last minute the appraisal was too low, but Jeff called the appraiser who agreed with Jeff and actually increased the appraisal. I don't think you will find a more proffessional or better liked Real Estate Agent in the Central Corridor.

Dotty McNulty is a joke she is underhanded, she only cares about her bottom line period and she does not care who she has to screw to get there............. by all accounts if you live in one of her houses please do not let something break that she is required to get fixed she will push it off until you reach a breaking point and then make up a bull story that the owner cannot afford to fix it. Even if it is a health concern due to a pre existing condition. She will make you think she is there to help you and you will want to believe her trust me when I tell you she could beat a polygraph test, she has no scruples and is a fantastic liar.

Working with Lisa has been a real joy. She actually listened to what we wanted, sold us the 3rd house she showed us, and went way above and beyond to help make the house what we wanted - hiring a contractor, supervising the work, matching the tile, getting the water tested, advising us on the area, etc. I would recommend her to anyone moving into this community. She is upbeat, keeps her eye on the ball, and keeps you informed every step of the way. I would definitely work with her again in the future, and that's not something I can say about 90% of the Realtors I've had experience with. You need a home? She'll help you find the exact right one.

SO, I wrote the last review, and I can still completely recommend the Daumke Team! I received my entire deposit back within 2 weeks and was treated great the entire 2 years that I rented a home with them. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

My experience is poor, she did get the unit rented but she has not accounted for any of the funds that she has collected. We asked her to send us a bank statement and a profit and loss she has not. The only thing she has sent is the lease agreement. We have asked her many times to send us the statement and a check.

The Daumke's have been the best property managers that I have ever rented from! Not sure what happened with these other reviews, but I had a great experience with Mr Daumke and Realty Executives. They answered my emails and calls promptly and always sent someone to fix problems within 24 hours! I just moved out, so I do not know how they are with returning deposits- I will let you know though!
