I was searching for a rental and contacted this agency. I literally was ready to sign the papers just based on the pictures. I contacted the agency and the owner of agency and this women were so damn condescending and rude. I wanted to rent the house, but they were so incredibly obnoxious that I chose not to do business with them. When Jennifer called me, I said I was interested in the house and she interrupted me and said I had to fill out a credit application. Then she impatiently fielded my questions about the house. As a former home owner who had to consider renting, I am appalled that they would be so unprofessional and ugly to a potential customer. One that their client is counting on them to rent their house too. They just don't seem to want to be bothered with renters I guess. Luckily I found another agent to work with who had some manners. This is not the rule in Yuma. I would recommend that anyone entrusting their investment to a rental agent in Yuma call the agent as a renter first to see how attentive they are. This may prevent a lot of lost business. Dr. C

If you did'nt have any bad luck you would have any luck at all. May be you just like killing the bad guy's better. You could't sell yourself, It looks like you'd sell your family out for a buck. You better keep working. You have lots of child support to pay for all those kids.
