Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
Nothing satisfies me more than seeing the smiles that come with a successful sale or the purchase of a lifetime. All of the negotiations, shopping for homes, learning about each clients needs and the trust my clients have in me to assist them in making one of the biggest investements of their life is very rewarding.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Increasing technology trends, continue to the effect the dynamics of our industry. Consolidation of our MLS systems and data sharing agreements, increase the concern for information security.

Every transaction is full of surprises and sometimes it's not the transactions that leave you with memories that make you smile but, instead the people you had the opportunity to meet. Handing a newlywed couple the keys to their first home, walking a retired couple through their dream home or introducing a relocating family to our community are all success stories that I am proud to have been a part of.
What is your best characteristic?
My best characteristic is my integrity. I never stop working for my clients, even if that means after the sale has been completed.

I'm inspired by my collegues professionalism and experience, as well as my clients unique needs and desires.
What is the best advice you ever received?
Disclose, disclose, disclose. (Hope that made you smile.) Seriously, the best advice is to treat every client as you would want to be treated.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Yuma is located: 2 hours from San Diego, 2 hours from PHX, 2 hours from the beaches in Mexico, I have access to an International Airport and so much more. At this time in my life, I'm living exactly where I want to be.
