Rental property
Correction on the year --- 2004/2005
I agree she is crook, thief and a liar. I had 3 rentals under her management in 2005. I had fired her after 4 months; she had found the worse tenants landlord could ask for. She had lied about their occupation and how many kids they have. I saw very little money, she had fake repairs, inflated bills, billed for things that were never done she had refused to talk to me after I had sent her termination letter she tried to keep the security deposits for herself, I had sued her in small claim court and I won the double amount I had asked for. The judge told me later that she never had a case that RE could get away with this kind of activities. She refused to pay me the sum of the judgment so I had sent the constable to collect it otherwise he was ready to remove her office equipments. Beside she had a daughter who worked for her for a while who was a criminal; drug user who spend a few years in prison. Nice family I only wished they could do it in 2005 when more people had filed complaint against her. It could be avoid dealing with many troubles to this people. I was very disappointed that the RE board did very little to punish her that time. I had asked them if she is not a crook what is she? Does she has to have a gun to steal money from owners? She did it without a gun. I am happy too; I wanted her to be punishing long time ago.
She is a bad property manager!!!!!!
I had Mrs. Sanders as my property manager back in 1994/1995.(approx.) I was a new landlord and was very green at what a landlord entailed. Mrs. Sander convinced me to rent my property to her daughter. Mrs. Sander said her daughter worked for Mrs. Sanders cleaning properties for her rentals. I did not listen to my gutt. So, I allowed Mrs. Sanders to rent my place to her daughter. Very, very, very, very bad move.. This daughter did torn up my place. ( I did take Mrs. Sanders to court because she mis-represented me as a property manger for my property.) Mrs. Sanders had her handy man move into my garage where her daughter was renting. The daughter torn out carpeting and proceeded to lay tile with out written premission. The caused lots of damage. Once, i had access to my property, I found drug paraphernalia in one of the bedrooms. Of course, all parties denied such claims. To this day, I would never ever recommend Mrs. Sander at all to be a property manager -for that matter, I wouldn't allow her to so much as even take care of my dog!!!!! I give her a negative rating as a person snd a business owner.
Vicki is a criminal -- Stay Away
Vicki has a long history of collecting money from tenants, not giving it to the landlords, faking documents and lying about payments. Search for her name on the county recorder's site to get a list of all of the outstanding judgements against her. She had her real estate license suspended on 10/5/10 and has a hearing in January to determine if she will lose it completely. There is a commissioner's report on the az dept of real estate site that lists out how she stole money from a few of her customers.
Very Bad choice
My experience is actually worse than that of Mitchell Ramsey. she has closed her Youngtown office and left with no statements, no accounting, the tenant's secirity deposit, nit to mention that I never received a penny in rent money from her. The Peoria AZ PO address she gave me has returned my letters to her. I contacted the A Dept of Real Estate and filed a complaint against her
Property Management
My experience is poor, she did get the unit rented but she has not accounted for any of the funds that she has collected. We asked her to send us a bank statement and a profit and loss she has not. The only thing she has sent is the lease agreement. We have asked her many times to send us the statement and a check.
