- I love helping people reach their goals. I'm an out of the box thinker with knowledge of FHA 203k, lender hold backs so that a buyer can afford more house with out raising their payment and get more home for the money.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- Amongst the most challenging issues I face is the misconception of the appraiser their role and who really they protect.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- Arizona has a great silent second loan grant which enabled one of buyers to purchase a great property and have a mortgage of less than half of what the home originally sold for in 2005.
- What is your best characteristic?
- Dedication and drive. I invest in real estate and manage my own rental property which has taught me the real price of improvements to homes and the benefits of being able to do a lot of work yourself.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- My wife.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- Whatever you do everyday do the most difficult thing first because then the rest of your day will improve and you will already have a sense of accomplishment from the start.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- I live in Puerto Vallarta Mexico for a couple years and will return at some point.
