- Acting as a real estate consultant I enjoy making "the American Dream of homeownership" a reality for Buyers and getting a home sold for a Seller to move on to exciting change.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- Assisting a homeowner who is having a hardtime making their mortgage payment and may owe more than the value of their home.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- A young family, where the father had lost his job, could no longer keep up with the mortgage payment, and the home mortgage was more than the value of the home. We were able to negotiate a "short sale" with the lender and this young family was able to move closer to their family where there would be work for this father.
- What is your best characteristic?
- Patience, caring, and the ability to deliver a result for my customer.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- The trait of believing that "there is always a solution" that can be acceptable to all parties involved in an issue. This leads to being an exceptional negotiator.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- My mother, who told me, "you can do anything you set your mind, build a plan for, and work hard for".
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- I have had the opportunity to live anywhere in the world, and have traveled much. Tucson, Arizona is the best.
