- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- I love being able to assist people with their dreams, needs, etc. The one-on-one is terrific, and because I'm a detail freak, really try to make the whole process easier. I also like to be a resource for whatever professional support they might need as far as roofers, painters, landscapers, etc. I consider it fantastic when my clients become my friends through the whole process. Some even attended my recent wedding!
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- First time home buyers trying to buy distressed homes. It's so challenging and people have a hard time rolling with the multiple bids, time delays, and problems associated with such transactions. I always strive to be very upfront, but I'd say the first time buyers especially, find it all very challenging and emotional.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- Some people were here on vacation - and I found them a home - two weeks later they were homeowners! So exciting!
- What is your best characteristic?
- I try to listen to what my clients want and really help them to buy logically, as well as emotionally. For the seller - probably my detail nature...
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- Honest, friendly people. I am in awe of the outgoing, sincere person that makes everyone feel good. Sometimes it's a ticket clerk at Phoenix airport!!
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- My mother's - treat others as you wish to be treated yourself.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- Tucson! I spent 18 years in the Pacific NW (rain) 23 years in Green Bay, WI (snow!) and now in my tenth year here. (Sun) Yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!
