- I am a natural negotiator, problem solver, goal focused and with good communications skills makes me an ideal poeples person. I love the challenge to get the best price for my seller and the best priced home for my buyers. I have helped my clients to undertand both positions at the same time when they are selling and also buying with me.

- Avoiding to take to many clients at the same time in order to preserve the quality and level of my service to each client.

- Finding a new lender 3 days before closing. We sucsessfully closed on-time.

- Problem solving, staying focused,multitasking coordinating complex transactions and synchronizing multiple poeple involved in the same transaction. Staying relaxed and being able to keep my clients from digressing and keeping their dreams alive while giong to the challenging path of homeownership.

- Too many to list. Historic figures succesful entprenuers like Mc Donalds and the founder of Macys.

- One of the best advices came from "The seven habits of sucessful Poeple" College course on Managment and Supervision.Toastmasters.
