What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
The most challenging issue is the poor market our society is faced with today. People need to sell their homes and need a certain amount to break even and no one is willing to pay what the home is worth.

I got a call from a businessman here in Tucson. He owns 5 properties int he southwest and he had worked with two other Tucson Agents and had not found a home. I found him the perfect home and he is planning on working with me on further transactions. He said I made it look easy and he didn't understand why the other Agents could not find a home for him.
What is your best characteristic?
My understanding of a clients needs and giving him respect.
Who or what inspires you the most?
The poor work ethics of Agents I have worked with have inspired me to change careers and help other people.
What is the best advice you ever received?
That I am a very hard worker and I deserve to be paid for what I do.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Right here in Tucson. I love it here and that is why we moved back here 3 years ago.
