I'm an active full-time commercial real estate broker (ie, I'm technically licensed to sell my own house), yet I hired Bob and Terry Ryan to sell my house 6 years ago since residential and commercial real estate are two completely different disciplines. Bob and Terry went above and beyond what I had expected, as they actually went door-to-door in my subdivision handing out flyers, and actually procured a buyer (the parents of a neighbor) in the first 2 days through this very proactive approach! I had a closing check in my hand within 2 weeks! The "bad parenting" (??) review is obviously meant to be personally vindictive (ie, not an actual transaction principal); likely a deadbeat tenant as they also manage residential properties. All I can say to this obvious deadbeat is pay your rent like you're contractually supposed to, and you'll be treated with respect in return! Otherwise, if you're seriously looking to buy or sell a house, I wholeheartedly recommend Bob and Terry Ryan!

The phony reviews that are posted here are obviously shams...very likely the result of their property management activities, as they also manage properties that have...uh-hum..."difficult tenants". All I can say to these deadbeats is pay your rent like you're contractually supposed to, and you'll be treated with respect in return! Otherwise, if you're seriously looking to buy or sell a house, I wholeheartedly recommend Bob and Terry!

Bob and his wife manage a property for us. Bob and his wife were exceptional! They got the place leased out in a matter of days and has always kept us infomed about anything that deals with our property. I would not hesitate to use them again. It was good to meet honest realtors. R.Tamayo
