Hi! In response to the comment "Be Very Aware". I have personaly worked with Mr. Frank J Martinez and I can not tell you how wonderful he is to work with. I will personaly vouche for Mr. Martinez if you are looking for help in selling or buying home he is the best! He has help me a single mother of two get into a home of our dreams. FRANK J MARTINEZ IN MY OPINION IS A VERY UNETHICAL AGENT. HE HAS FAILED TO FOLLOW THROUGH ON HIS AGREEMENT WITH ME AT THIS TIME. HE BECAME VERY UNPROFESSIONAL IN MY LAST PHONE CONVERSATION, AND HAS NOT RETURNED ANY OF MY PHONE CALLS OR MESSAGES. I HAVE TALKED TO 8 OTHER INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE AS WELL. SO BE VERY AWARE AND CAUTIOUS WITH THIS GUY.
