Home purchase
Donna worked as an ****istant/agent. Donna showed us our current home and was so helpful, pleasant and welcoming that we were very much at ease. We had looked at other homes but had very bad experiences with the agents who were showing those homes. No so with Donna...sh really put us at ease and no question was too silly.
Not just a realtor, a friend
Donna Reed first helped my husband find our family a home in Tucson in winter 2005.I could not fly due to a recent major surgery. She took dozens of photos of the house so that I could be involved in our home buying decision. Donna certainly made the home buying angst less painful for me and was very patient with us as we tried to narrow our focus on one area or another. Once we settled she continued to be available for our many questions. I asked for opinions, directions and moral suppport and got all of them! 15 months later we were transferred back across the country! Never for a minute did we consider a diferent realtor. Donna rose to the challlenge of a slow market and set out on an aggressive marketing campaign using networking, print ads & the internet to attract a buyer for our home.We sold in a reasonable amount of time and for very close to our asking price as well. We are settling in to our new home and community but sure wish we had a friend like Donna just "down the road".

We first met Donna Reed in Feb, 2006, when we were visiting from Illinois and looking at homes to buy. We called her again in Sep, 2006 when we decided to come to Tucson for another try at finding a home. When we focused on the house we wanted, she did the research to answer all of our questions. We had to return to Illinois and could not be there for the closing. This was no problem for Donna. She is very organized and coordinated everything with the seller, the mortgage company, inspection companies, etc. She remained more than helpful after the closing. She hired a yard maintenance service for us. We asked her to keep a key to the house, and she took charge of giving access to the phone company, the security company, etc. If we decide to buy or sell again in Tucson, Donna is the person we will call to help us.
Excellent Realtor
Donna is amazingly talented in quickly learning what your home style, location and amenities are...and then tenacious in finding that special home. She took time with us and was very thorough in making sure we saw the right homes...in the right locations and at the right price. It's great when your realtor has that 'personal touch' and functions as our colleague rather than trying to push us into a home. We ended up with the perfect home and it was truly because of Donna and her talents and style. We interviewed 5 agents and she won our vote of confidence. We can't imagine anyone using any other realtor !! why waste time working with another realtor getting pushed around and being shown homes that have no appeal when Donna narrows in on the specific things you want in a home and 'nails the deal'!
