Sorry, 1000 char. not enough to sing this Agent's Praises. When we moved from R.I. to Tucson, Pat was our agent to buy our home (2001); listed and sold our home (2004). Pat handled all aspects of this cross country move for us. She is so Professional and Proficient that this huge move was worry-free. Pat went above and beyond, making sure all "i's" were dotted; all "t's" crossed, personally taking in our extra shiped vehicles until we arrived. Working w/Pat was the best experience. During house-hunting times, she would point out possible problems. She wasn't as concern about selling us a house as she was selling us the RIGHT house. Pat really cares about her Clients & it's very obvious when you work with her. She didn't just show us houses, Pat coordinated every aspect of our move. She made sure we had special conditions covered by the seller written into the sales agreement. I've referred Pat to several people. I seriously doubt there is a better agent in Tucson or anywhere. 10*s!!
Leahy - Our Agent for Life
My husband and I purchased a home from Pat in 2000 and sold it in 2002 when we relocated to Portland, OR. Since then, we have bought and sold a home here and have not found one agent that can compare to Pat. We use her as the "plumb line" for a good agent. In our opinion there is none better - we knew that we were always taken care of and our best interest was Pat's goal. We always tell folks "our real estate agent in Arizona ..." My Regret about Pat Leahy
My only regret about Pat Leahy is that she is not a twin. Pat worked with me two years ago to sell my Son's house. She did it with style, efficiency, aplomb, and within one week! What I have come to appreciate about Pat in our further interactions is her prompt attentiveness. When a question is asked, it is answered that day. When an uncertainty arises, she anticipates the answer. Pat is down to earth, and is very much aware of the dynamics of the Tucson Real Estate Market. I have worked with many realtors in my life, Pat outshines them all. What a Lady!
