Mitch creates an unnecessarily hostile seller-buyer relationship. He seems to enjoy proving his 'self-worth' by polarizing buyers and labeling them 'difficult.' His client testimonials are reflective of this which repeatedly state that they 'commend him' in his negotiations with difficult buyers. I find it interesting that so many buyers prove 'difficult.' While some clients may appreciate his rough approach, I believe it creates an unnecessarily stressful environment. I sincerely believe there are other agents that would create a more smooth and enjoyable experience. Even in a difficult economy, there is no need to create such animosity through a real estate process.

Even though we were buying a smaller house, Karl treated us like we were big time customers. One day Karl was in an auto accident. He went to the hospital, got checked out and busted it over to keep his appointment with us. Class act!

Donna worked as an ****istant/agent. Donna showed us our current home and was so helpful, pleasant and welcoming that we were very much at ease. Donna Reed first helped my husband find our family a home in Tucson in winter 2005.I could not fly due to a recent major surgery. She took dozens of photos of the house so that I could be involved in our home buying decision. We first met Donna Reed in Feb, 2006, when we were visiting from Illinois and looking at homes to buy. We called her again in Sep, 2006 when we decided to come to Tucson for another try at finding a home. When we focused on the house we wanted, she did the research to answer all of our questions. We had to return to Illinois and could not be there for the closing. This was no problem for Donna. She is very organized and coordinated everything with the seller, the mortgage company, inspection companies, etc. She remained more than helpful after the closing. She hired a yard maintenance service for us. We asked her to keep a key to the house, and she took charge of giving access to the phone company, the security company, etc. If we decide to buy or sell again in Tucson, Donna is the person we will call to help us.

Donna is amazingly talented in quickly learning what your home style, location and amenities are...and then tenacious in finding that special home. She took time with us and was very thorough in making sure we saw the right homes...in the right locations and at the right price. It's great when your realtor has that 'personal touch' and functions as our colleague rather than trying to push us into a home. We ended up with the perfect home and it was truly because of Donna and her talents and style. We interviewed 5 agents and she won our vote of confidence. We can't imagine anyone using any other realtor !! why waste time working with another realtor getting pushed around and being shown homes that have no appeal when Donna narrows in on the specific things you want in a home and 'nails the deal'! Sorry, 1000 char. not enough to sing this Agent's Praises. When we moved from R.I. to Tucson, Pat was our agent to buy our home (2001); listed and sold our home (2004). Pat handled all aspects of this cross country move for us. She is so Professional and Proficient that this huge move was worry-free. Pat went above and beyond, making sure all "i's" were dotted; all "t's" crossed, personally taking in our extra shiped vehicles until we arrived. Working w/Pat was the best experience. During house-hunting times, she would point out possible problems. She wasn't as concern about selling us a house as she was selling us the RIGHT house. Pat really cares about her Clients & it's very obvious when you work with her. She didn't just show us houses, Pat coordinated every aspect of our move.
