"We first met Donna Reed in Feb, 2006, when we were visiting from Illinois and looking at homes to buy. We called her again in Sep, 2006 when we decided to come to Tucson for another try at finding a home. When we focused on the house we wanted, she did the research to answer all of our questions. We had to return to Illinois and could not be there for the closing. This was no problem for Donna. She is very organized and coordinated everything with the seller, the mortgage company, inspection companies, etc. She remained more than helpful after the closing. She hired a yard maintenance service for us. We asked her to keep a key to the house, and she took charge of giving access to the phone company, the security company, etc. If we decide to buy or sell again in Tucson, Donna is the person we will call to help us."
