Do not ever contract with Marsee Wilhems group! Their agents are incompetent and most of all the most rude bunch I have ever dealt with. If you contract with them you will be sorry!

He sold his own house and screwewd the buyer. This was after he told them they could not have a buyers agent. Wait until the NBR hears this and then local news. Real bad time to screw a first time buyer. Realty Exexutives should be ashamed this was their sale and their agent!
