Kathy and everyone at the Vallee Gold team were terrific. We were new home buyers and a little unsure about market conditions, neighborhoods, rental potential, procedures and steps for the closing process, etc... Kathy made it super simple and guided us through the whole way. Not to mention the home we ended up buying, she had picked out for us. She understood what we were looking for and found it for us. We appreciate all of their hard work!

Dream come true!
My husband and I were first-time home buyers and certainly 'green' about the experience. From the moment I spoke with Kathy on the phone I felt comfortable. She ran through her list of credentials and experience and told me how important it was to work with a Realtor who had experience with first-time homebuyers; a particular group of clients she said she especially enjoyed working with. When meeting Kathy for the first time, she had all the paperwork and info ready - clearly she had done her homework! We went out looking on several occasions and after disappointing contracts on two previous homes, Kathy led us to 'the one'. She walked us through every step and answered every question we had.
