Last year May, Joe and Tracie helped me buy home that turned out to have a substantial termite problem. The SPDS sure didn't do it's job on this one. In April this year, Joe came by my home to drop some paperwork and took the liberty of opening an unlocked door to my home without an invitation. Joe wouldn't give a statement to the cops. Watch out for this guy.

Ms. Rochelle Brown contacted us to view our home with her clients. She set up a time frame to visit our home, however she did not come to view our house during that time frame, nor did she bother to contact us to cancel the visit. She was extremely rude and unprofessional.
