But anywho, I was a coworker with Rob in The Pepper and he was provided a million dollar+ lead from me. He talked to the guy once and just let it sit. The lead has gone to someone else because of inactivity. And this is what he has to say about it: "Sorry to hear Ron. Sometimes when clients get bounced from agent to agent, they tend to loose interest. BTW, internet leads are not very reliable to begin with. It takes a lot of time to get them warmed up and to a place where they trust you and want to business with you." Unfortunately, the million dollar+ lead is buying properties as we speak.
