From the moment I first spoke with Louis, I knew I'd made the right choice - his team made the often-trying ordeal of home buying a smooth, steady, point-to-point process. No pressure, no garbage, no sleight-of-hand, just an ongoing reassurance that my needs were paramount ... Special kudos go to my agent Lilia, who went beyond the call of duty in dealing with the complexities (and sometimes, absurdities!) of dealing with an out-of-state client. Short Sale

I had a rental property for sale that became a short sale. My husband and I moved out of state and then decided to place our home on the market. Louis and his team were very professional and keep us informed through the entire process. We sold the property on the first offer and the short sale 'nightmare' you hear about was extrememly smooth. I attribute this to the knowledge and ongoing communication Louis shared with us. In addition, his team was there for a repair appointment and keeping our tenants informed when necessary. I was impressed.

Short Sale

Very long complicated procedure involving 5 buyers with financial means to complete the deals. Handled very well by agent Parrish and his team BUT not handled very poorly by BOA, resulting in decreased sale price after over a year of miscommunications lost documents,and negotiations. BOA's incompetence, ineptness, and loss of time, expenses, and much grief were endured by all involved. I don't know how Mr. Parrish hung in there but, to his credit, he did.

A Good Experience

Louis was our agent with the purchase of our first rental property. He lead us through the process and he had a great sense of what we were looking for. The home that Louis found was the most perfect for our situation. Overall he assisted and directed us through the process and we are very happy with the outcome.

In it for the long haul

My first home purchase was not typical to say the least and working with Louis was a pleasure despite numerous obstacles in our way. Louis' experience was clearly evident during our nearly 6 month roller coaster ride and he was always available, day and night, 7 days a week to offer solutions, guidance and to answer my many questions. Purchase a home thru Louis

I live in Alaska and Louis helped me purchase a home in Tucson. It was a great experience working with him. The very first review left about Louis on this site was signed "Stephanie Weir" but was not written by me and is completely false. I have not bought or sold a home with Louis but have had other very pleasent business experiences with him. I have no idea why someone would give a bad review and sign my name.

Louis listed our house in this slow-recovering market. Before the listing went live he called and asked if he could up the price. He saw a unique situation in the comps. My wife and Ihave worked with Louis since 1999 when we sold our first home for 100% of asking price with no reductions offf the original listing price. We later bought a piece of property from Louis after an exhaustive search and sold it with him 3 years later for our full asking price. My husband and I used Louis to sell our home in Sept '06-a few months into the decline in housing prices. Louis diligently researched prices in our area to try to get us top dollar for our home. He was also honest with us about what the market was doing and discussed options with us if our house did not sell for our asking price. He went through our house and told us what to "clean", "paint" and "store" to make our house marketable in a tough market. He took pictures and created a professional looking portfolio for buyers to browse upon entering our house. He set up open houses and presented our house in a very positive light on the MLS. I moved to Tucson in 1999 to be stationed at DMAFB. When I left, I had Louis manage my home for rent for several years before he moved on to his own realtor business. I then sold my home with him this past year (2009). Not only did he go over and beyond with innovative advertisement and attention to detail, but he also made sure the entire process went smoothly through its entirety.
