JENNIFER DAVIS sell a previous house with Ginny G Huffman and would not recommend them to other home sellers.
I would not recommend Ginny Huffman or Imagine Realty to my worst enemy. They are a bush league operation. They have no vendors of their own, their communication is poor to say the least, and they do only what is in the best interest of their pocketbook. They are vindictive and argumentative. They do not do what they say they are going to do. I did not hire a management company, so that I could manage them AND the property. They are not proactive by any stretch of the imagination.
