sb buy a previous house with Darrell Obert and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
If you have a problem...do not call...he will not get back with you. It has been 2 days since I spoke with this man in reference to a problem with Century 21 Heritage Realty. I specifically asked him if he was "a manager" he said YES!! He said "he would handle it and call me back" and he did not!! This is "Very" poor customer service and "customer Care"!!! We are the customers and we are the ones that "make you money" and this is how Century 21 handles you. It is not just this agent is is also the property Management team. I have been treated the exact same with them....not calling back, forgetting and making excuses as to why they "never" called you back. Always "passing the buck"!!! BEWARE....of Century 21 Heritage!!!!
