I have been a resident of a property managed by Burns Development and Realty for years. If I was not moving out of state, there would be no question that I would stay a resident of one of their properties! It is a family company that has carried its integrity and pride of customer service throughout the years that I have lived at there. Dave and his office staff have always been helpful and friendly and on top of any requests that I had. The property that I live in is old, so things break down! It is just the reality of the situation. When my AC went out in the middle of the night, as soon as Dave could contact somebody to help, he did, and I survived the heat!! I saw the post above and was really upset, because it seemed so unlikely considering the positive experience I had. I would highly recommend working with this company!

I am a 56 yr old woman who moved into a complex managed by D Burns. I knew it was a dive... but, what I did not know was the unspoken policy of "fire, flood, or blood" is the only reason for tenants to contact the office at any time. I have lived in this apartment due to the current $ situation. And I would rather put most of my stuff in storage... or sell it than spend another year with THIS man as my landlord.
