purchase.
Comments: "Karen's personal attention and dedication to finding a great house within our budget was fabulous. Her patience with us as first-time buyers of real estate in America was outstanding, and she answered every question and always had time for us.
She's had over 25 years experience in Tucson, which gives depth to her well of knowledge.
That she is a broker/agent takes out another person in the process, which speeds things along. The people she knows at the lending company and escrow also work well with her, and our closing date was exactly what was promised.
I only wish she had a website, that is the only rating that really is not applicable.
