I love assisting people in finding their dream home and seeing the look on their faces when they finally get those keys! Priceless!
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
As a franchise owner, the hardest challenge I face is balancing my responsibilities to keep my office running, training and motivating my agents and spending enough time with my clients to satisfy all their real estate needs.

I love the beaches in Mexico and Lake Atitlan in Guatemala.
