FOUND LES ON CRAIGSLIST AND HE GOT US A RENTALHOME AND TOLD US WE COULD BUY A HOME. HE GOT 3500 DOLLARS OF OUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND HAS TO THE DATE NOT RETURNED IT. HE LIED TO US ABOUT A PARTICULAR HOME IN PHX ON MESCAL AND FOUND OUT ABOUT IT WHEN SOMEONE ELSE MOVED INTO THE HOME. I HAVE BEEN HART BROKEN AND SCAMMED OF MY FAMILYS MONEY. PLEASE BEWARE!

I started from Portland OR. on a weekend in phoenix house hunting for rent. Found Les had a few houses in an ad. Called and imediatly sucked in, Recieved sveral houses via MLS lists plus lock box codes. My weekend trip was over and went back to Oregon Decided on a house, for fear of losing the house i sent a $2100 deposit for security and and 3 pets.(first mistake). Relocated down here to phoenix for a new job. Basically was strung along for 30days with different houses falling through for averiety of reasons. This last house he kept promising to get back to me with the contract but had several excuses for not succeeding. Well the house is fully moved in with another family by another realtor and Les still is promising me a contract. Something is wrong. I need my money back at this point.

Usually you find scammers on Craigs List, Les Lovett was the real deal!!! He was honest and was really helpfull. He saved us from renting a home that was deliquent. As a former realtor, he exceeded my expecations for a Rental Specialist!!! I had read some good reviews and bad reviews about Les, but he was more than good for us, and I would use him again...The only negative thing I can ssay about Les is that he is REAL BUSY!!!

Les helped my mother, and my brother get into rental homes this last month. Les was great!! Honest, efficient and willing to listen, he worked on weekends and helped us get into something quickly~~~ He was the best thing that came from Craigs List!!!

Les showed me homes on Thursday and I was moving in on Monday. He knew what he was doing and took the time to show me some homes.. Les has a wealth of knowledge and that was apparent when he found one of my choices was behind on payments. He charged an admin fee, but it was well worht it for the level of service that he provided... Thanks LES

We worked with several Realtors in the past to help get a rental home but LES was the best. He showed us homes that fit our needs, and helped us avoid a home that was deliquent. He and his team stayed in constant contact with us. I know he did not make alot of money, but he treated us like we were million dollar clients.. Not many agents call at 800pm or 800am..This man is always working, but best of all, he was working for my family...Thanks LES

During these busy real estate times things can sometimes be overlooked or forgot about, Les and I worked everything out, I summited a bad review that Im working on getting deleted, it was all just a matter of mis-communication, all is well and Im very happy, thanks again Les ! :)

Les took 970 of our hard earned dollars for a rental house he had no business renting out, I feel so stupid for giving him money without invetsigating him first, as the other complaint on here says run dont walk from this scammer.

Les conned me out of a rental deposit for a non-existant contract.

We worked with Mr Lovett to find a rental home in Anthem, Az. After a frustrating and long process, we discovered that Mr Lovett had been lying to us about nearly every detail of our transaction. We also may have been defrauded of nearly $1000. We are in the process of filing a formal Ethics Complaint with the Arizona Association of Realtors. Run, do not walk, from this man!!!

Les Lovett took the time to help me and my family get into a rental. Les did a background search on the owners and saved us from moving into a home that was deliqurnt but not in foreclosure. He truly seemed to work for us, and looked out for our interests. You do not find this with agents that work with rentals because they do not get paid as much as if they worked with sales..Les will be our Agent for life and we truly recommend him for Rentals and for Sales.... Allen sold our home in East Phoenix. We were asking 899,000, and Allen got us 859,000!! That was a great deal, especially in this tragic market. The transaction was incredibly smooth, and Allen called us every few days to keep us up to date. Overall, a very good experience with our agent, Allen Butler.
