- We were working with a builder on completion of a home that needed some additional items completed when we were told that we had a week to get loan closed as the loan lock was expiring and would not be extended any further. Everyone involved worked continously to get it finished. Finally is was done and the lender sent docs for signature very late the day before lock expired. We were at title at 7pm signing everything and had to have the docs in Calif by 10am to record by tomorrow. After calling to see how to get the docs to the lender, I told them they I would drive overnite and have them there. Well, arrived at 9:30am and the lender was so impressed they stopped and worked on package, released funds at 11am and we recorded late that day. It was an all out effort on everyones part to get the job done on time.

- The founder of World Leadership Group, Hubert Humphrey is a "Just Do It" person and keeps me motivated and having a positive attitude.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- Keep your dreams and desires alive. Stay focused and keep a positive attitude. Don't become stagnant. Get excited about life.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- In our wonderful United States of America. Perhaps live in California or Florida.
